Pick Easy, Short or Mix. A five-second countdown runs, then the session starts. A whistle marks every change. At five, ten and fifteen minutes it speaks. At twenty-two it says done.

The three trainings

Every one of them is exactly 22:00.

Common questions

Does the Apple Watch app need my iPhone?

No. It runs on its own, with the phone off, out of range, or left at home. It needs no signal and no internet.

Why does it ask for Health access on the Watch?

To start a workout session. That is what keeps the timer, whistle, voice and haptics alive when you drop your wrist. The workout stays on your device. The app never reads or shows your heart rate.

How do I switch to Spanish?

Tap ES on the iPhone home screen. The Watch follows the phone. A session is never half in one language and half in the other.

Can I turn the whistle off?

Yes. The speaker button beside EN | ES silences the whistle and the voice. The haptic buzz on every change keeps going, so you can still run it in a quiet room.

Does it hear me through AirPods?

Yes. The whistle and the voice play through whatever you are listening on.

Does it track my route or my distance?

No. There is no GPS and no map. It is a timer.
